JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI SHOWS THE WORLD PEOPLE'S SSNs...

Congressman Emanuel Cleaver(D) has been put at risk by his own county's Records Department Director, Robert Kelly, who has got a SSN most likely belonging to the Congressman on his web site which is on a state tax lien.

Along with the Congressman's SSN on that site are thousands and thousands of SSNs on a variety of documents such as final divorce decrees (called Judgments), child support enforcement papers (also under Judgments), Federal Tax Liens, state tax liens, and mortgage papers (called Deeds of Trust) from the 90's and sometimes the early 2000's, and also other records as well.

He married his wife on June 20, 1970 according to their marriage license also on that site which also shows their DOBs and signatures.  You'll have to enter the marriage license search page to find this document number...1970K0004910.  Read all the pages.

Here are some more records on the World Wide Web that anyone in this world can get - even someone sitting in an internet cafe anywhere in the WORLD!   Pull up these documents and look at every page.  You'll know when you get to the SSNs.

2000I0021499 for the County Prosecutor, Michael Sanders and wife, Georgia.  SSNs right beside signatures - go to page six.

1997K0036751 SSNs for Daniel Tarwater (4th District legislator) and wife on mortgage papers from 1997 next to their signatures although not very legible.

2000I0032413  SSNs for Rhonda Shoemaker (5th District legislator) and husband on mortgage papers from 2000 - go to page seven...

1999K0046649 SSNs for the County Executive Katheryn J. Shields and husband, Philip A. Cardarella - go to page 7.   Plus on the County's website in Mrs. Shields' bio include the name of her son and his date of birth.  She should remove that child's name and info since child identity theft is rampant.   This woman has written a letter to the Governor of Missouri to veto the one bill that could start protecting people's SSNs.    She is NOT interested in protecting the citizens of Jackson County.. She's more interested in not having these county online records sites adversely affected by that bill.  Someone should remind her of these mortgage papers...

1998I0005467   This is for the daughter of the 3rd District At-Large legislator, Fred Arbanas' daughter, Becky Lynn Arbanas (married name is now Thomason) whose SSN appears on page 6 of this document right beside her signature.   Wonder why the Councilman would let the Recorder use the County's website to put these records online.

SEE HOW EASY IT IS TO FIND SSNS WHEN THE RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET.... WHY WOULD ANYONE IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI WANT THESE RECORDS ON THE INTERNET?  AND WHY WOULD ANYONE IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI WANT THEM ON  THE WORLD WIDE WEB? 

 I GUESS IT'S NOT CALLED THE "SHOW ME" STATE FOR NOTHING...BECAUSE PUTTING THESE RECORDS ON THE WWW IS RECKLESS, DANGEROUS AND STUPID...THEY ARE SHOWING THE WORLD THESE RECORDS!

SO WRITE TO MR. KELLY WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THE RECORDS AT Records@Jacksongov.org   MAKE HIM SHUT THAT SITE DOWN!   TELL HIM HE'S SPOON FEEDING CRIMINALS.

THEN WRITE TO YOUR LEGISLATORS AND TELL THEM TO GET ON THE STATE LEGISLATORS AND TELL  THEM TO STOP THIS ONLINE RECORDS MESS - TELL THEM IF PEOPLE WANT TO SEE THESE RECORDS, MAKE THEM GO TO THE COURTHOUSE TO SEE THEM.   MAYBE WITH THESE EXAMPLES, JACKSON COUNTY AND EVERY OTHER COUNTY IN THE SHOW ME STATE WILL WAKE UP!
